DMCA Policy

MerchantDeep.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on MerchantDeep.com infringes your copyright, please send us a written DMCA takedown notice that includes the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Response and Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Provide the opportunity for a counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the content removed and the location where it previously appeared
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, MerchantDeep.com may terminate access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
